1.2. Unless express written otherwise concluded agreement between the parties, relations between the BV Aludoor and its customers are subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale deemed to have been accepted by the customer, including if they were contrary to their own general or specific purchase conditions. The fact that the customer has not received these terms and conditions in his mother tongue does not in any way relieve him of their application.
1.3. Although the general terms and conditions of sale and the Mailbox Design website, as well as its content can be consulted worldwide, they were drawn up exclusively for Belgian customers. All other conditions, even those renositon on the buyer's order form, are excluded. Each agreement will therefore be drawn up in the Dutch or French languages, at the customer's discretion.
1.4. The BV Aludoor reserves the right to change its general terms and conditions of sale without personally notifying the customer and without the latter being able to claim any compensation. It is therefore up to the customer to regularly check whether changes have occurred. However, on current contracts, the conditions applicable at the time of the creation of the sale remain in force.
1.5. Unless otherwise stated in the product description on the website, the offer and price lists shall be valid as long as they are listed in our online catalogue. The BV Aludoor reserves the right to change the properties of its offer and price lists at any time. Aludoor reserves the right to refuse orders where it appears that the price indication and/or specifications of a product on the website would be erroneous due to a technical or human deficiency.
2. Payment terms
The payment of online orders can be done in different ways:

In this case, the products you order may only be reserved for you upon receipt of your payment.
Consequently, we recommend that you arrange your payment as soon as possible through your banking institution.
2.2. Collection at Aludoor - Mailbox Design

The deliveries shall be made at the address indicated at the order. Our freight forwarder will only deliver the merchandise provided a signature by the customer of a delivery receipt for good receipt. Any visible lack of product and packaging should be indicated on the delivery receipt and which you will then have to transfer by e-mail to our post-sale service within 2 days of delivery, which will be charged with the follow-up of your complaint.

Aludoor or through an external courier service. If your order consists of several items, they must be delivered to the same delivery address.

If, by force majeure or exceptional circumstances, independently of the consumer, the product has not been delivered within 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order without prejudice to the right to compensation.
4. Retention of title
By way of derogation from Article 1583 of the Civil Code, the BV Aludoor remains the owner of the goods sold and delivered until the day of full payment of the price principal and/or interest(s) and/or flat-rate compensation(s). However, the risk of loss or damage is already transferred to the customer from the supply or possession of the goods.
In this, the customer transfers to the seller all the sums that would be owed to him by third parties. The customer relieves the BV Aludoor of any formality of service and will bear any associated costs. In addition, the customer authorizes the BV Aludoor to take back the material at any time, as long as it has not been paid in full, and this wherever it may be.
All products, purchased or delivered and intended for private use, enjoy two years of guarantee. The warranty offered by Aludoor corresponds to the legal guarantee and leaves the legal rights of the buyer unaffected.
We guarantee that our goods are in accordance with your order and meet the normal expectations you may have taken into account the specifications of the product. Of course, we also guarantee that our goods comply with all laws existing at the time of your order.
This means that in the case of defects or defects to the goods up to 2 years after delivery this is repaired or replaced free of charge.
As far as this is possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only in the event that the repair or replacement is excessive or impossible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period of time, you have the right to require a price reduction or dissolution of the sales agreement.

The transmission note and/or the purchase invoice you receive from the device is your warranty certificate. So keep track of this one.

6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. In the context of distance selling to consumers, according to Book VI , the consumer has the right to inform the company that it renounces the purchase without payment fine and without giving motive, within 14 calendar days from the day following the day of delivery. This right of withdrawal is granted by Aludoor to the consumer to allow him to assess the purchased goods in circumstances similar to a shop window. This right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or products purchased by a natural person for professional use.
6.2. 6.3. In the event of exercise of his right of withdrawal, the customer will return the merchandise to the BV Aludoor l Service 'Return e-shop' by all means and at his own risk and costs. The direct costs of returning the goods will therefore be borne by your account. We can wait for a refund until we have recovered the goods.
Shipments "port paid for by the recipient" and "against cash on delivery" will therefore be refused. In the customer's interest, it is recommended that the return return be validated by the post or the carrier.
6.4. We ask you to return the merchandise to the address provided in Article 1.1 of these terms and conditions, together with the delivery documents, and possibly the invoice.
6.5. Where the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the above conditions, we will proceed within a period of 30 days to repay any sum you would have paid us for the purchase of one or more articles. The refund will be made to the bank account number you must mention in your withdrawal request.
Aludoor is not liable for indirect damage. Aludoor's contractual and additional contractual liability is limited to the value of the ordered merchandise.
9. Validity, Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.2. If one of these conditions were to be declared null and unenforceable, the other conditions remain in full force and that condition will be applicable to the extent permitted by law.
9.3. The Parties shall accept electronic evidence in the context of their relations (e.g. e-mail, data backups,...).
9.4. Disputes relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale for online sales are exclusively covered by Belgian law and shall only be submitted to the courts of Kortrijk.
10. Legal capacity
By purchasing products through this website, the customer declares to be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to purchase products and services through this website. The customer agrees that he is liable for all financial transactions related to the use of this website, including those that occurred on his behalf e.g. by resident minors.
